Egara 1935 has been proclaimed champion of the men's Division of Honor B after beating HC Sant Cugat 3-2 in an intense and highly contested final held at the Real Club de Camp. The Egarenses knew how to better manage the key moments of the match to lift the title after a duel that was not resolved until the last minutes.
Equality marked the beginning of the match, with both teams showing defensive solidity and hardly conceding any chances during the first quarter. The score did not move until the 21st minute, when Bernat Baños put Egara 1935 ahead to go 1-0 at halftime.
In the second half, Jon Papell tied for Junior in the 34th minute. The Egarenses went ahead again in the 39th, with a goal by Iñaki Fernández. The last quarter began with 2-2, a goal from youth Pol Balart. And in the 52nd minute came the goal that meant victory for Albert Massaguer's team.
