Purpose and scope

StickAtlas is a digital publication and structured field hockey information platform that brings together editorial content, countries, competitions, matches, standings, and other related resources.

The service includes a public experience and private areas intended for authorized users performing editorial, operational, or administrative tasks.

StickAtlas is not a federation, an official competition organizer, a betting service, or a sports regulator.

Capacity, accounts, and security

To create an account or use private features you must have sufficient legal capacity or valid authorization to act on behalf of an entity.

You must provide truthful, up-to-date information and keep your credentials confidential.

• •Do not share, transfer, rent, or sublicense your account or access.
• •Notify us without delay of any unauthorized use, credential loss, or security incident.
• •Cooperate in reasonable identity, ownership, or legitimacy checks when needed for security, support, or compliance.

Permitted use and prohibitions

Users must use the service lawfully, respectfully, and in line with its informational and operational purpose.

• •Do not introduce malware, harmful automation, spam, large-scale scraping, or disproportionate loads on the system.

• •Do not use the platform’s content, structured datasets, or metadata to train models, resell databases, or exploit the service without express permission.
• •Do not falsify results, statistics, identities, affiliations, or relationships with clubs, competitions, federations, or StickAtlas.

Editorial and data nature of the service

StickAtlas aggregates, structures, and presents information from public, official, editorial, or authorized sources together with its own editorial work.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the information visible on the site is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute an official certification, match record, federation ruling, or binding contractual record.

If a decision requires official confirmation, you must verify the relevant information directly with the competition, federation, club, organizer, or corresponding primary source.

Content contributed by authorized users

Authorized users who publish, edit, or manage content, resources, or operational records within StickAtlas are responsible for the material they introduce into the system.

You must have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary for any text, images, data, trademarks, or associated material you share or manage.

• •You may only publish or reuse material whose exploitation belongs to you or has been validly licensed to you.
• •You must not add unlawful, infringing, misleading, discriminatory, abusive, or rights-violating content.
• •If you identify a material inaccuracy in data or content you introduced, you must correct it or report it without unreasonable delay.

Platform intellectual property and third-party rights

All code, architecture, interface design, visual identity, the StickAtlas brand, and the service’s corporate content are protected by applicable law.

No exploitation rights are granted beyond what is strictly necessary to use the service according to its purpose.

Third-party names, marks, crests, competitions, images, databases, or materials remain with their respective owners where applicable.

Links and third-party services

StickAtlas may include links to federations, clubs, competitions, social networks, media outlets, authentication services, or other third-party websites.

The mere existence of those links does not imply recommendation, control, guarantee, or acceptance of responsibility for their content, availability, or policies.

Availability, service evolution, and liability

StickAtlas may evolve, modify, pause, or withdraw features in whole or in part at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, total absence of errors, or that every piece of visible information is exhaustive or permanently up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, Ribas Rovira SL is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or harm arising from third-party content, external sources, or use of the service.

Corrections, claims, suspension, and termination

If you detect a material error, an infringement of rights, or allegedly unlawful content, you must write to polribasrovira@gmail.com identifying the affected resource and the basis of your claim.

We may restrict, suspend, or cancel access if we detect abuse, breach, legal risk, a security incident, or use incompatible with these terms.

Clauses on intellectual property, liability, data protection, accrued payments if they ever exist, and dispute resolution will survive termination to the extent necessary.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute will be submitted to the courts determined by the applicable rules, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may protect consumers and users where relevant.
