England Hockey used the build-up to Finals weekend to add a commercial signal that also helps frame the event's status. Ranmore Fund Management was confirmed as presenting partner for the 2026 EHL Premier Division Finals at Surbiton, attaching a new sponsor to one of the most visible weekends in the domestic club calendar and reinforcing the sense that the competition is being packaged as a flagship occasion rather than just the end of a league format.
The sporting offer already had enough weight on its own. The top women's and open/men's teams would meet across four semi-finals on Saturday before the title matches on Sunday, with Euro Hockey League qualification also hanging in the balance. By entering at that stage, Ranmore tied its name not simply to a hockey tournament, but to the decisive domestic showcase where elite performance, supporting traffic and end-of-season tension all meet in one venue.
England Hockey also leaned into the values story around the partnership. Ranmore, based in nearby Cobham, linked the agreement to its wider backing of the Helpmore charity and to the ideas of discipline, resilience and teamwork that high-performance sport tends to embody. For the governing body, the deal offered more than signage: it gave the finals a stronger presentation layer and another argument for treating the weekend as a premium event for players, clubs and spectators alike.
