May 29, 2026 Dany Dupont passed away With great sadness we heard of the death of Dany Dupont, former Belgian international between 1963 and 1974 and two-time Olympian. He was 80 years old.
Dany contributed to the history of our national team with his participation in the Olympic Games of Mexico in 1968 and Munich in 1972. He was part of a generation that laid the foundations of modern Belgian hockey.
In addition to his achievements in the national shirt, Dany will be remembered as an iconic figure of Royal Racing Club de Bruxelles, the club with which he remained closely associated throughout his life.
