The recent history of the champion also becomes a cultural product
Kampong has taken advantage of the momentum of his European triumph to release The Blueprint, a documentary that follows the men's team's 2023-24 season from the inside. The piece, published just after the conquest of the EHL, connects the immediate success with the long story of the project: how the group was built, what mental demands the course sustained and how the path to the title was lived.
The documentary accompanies the team in the locker room, training sessions, talks and moments off the field.
The publication comes at a perfect time because the memory of the last EHL is still fresh.
Kampong not only teaches victories: it teaches method, culture and the emotional architecture of a champion project.
That makes the piece more than just club content. It is also a way to reinforce identity, to explain why a champion is not made in a weekend and to extend the conversation of Dutch hockey beyond Sunday's game.
